In this webinar, Nicholas Reynolds, Director – Construction Delivery at Amaala, discusses why prefabrication and offsite construction methodologies are so important for the success of his project, ‘AMAALA’ an ultra-luxury tourism development in Saudi Arabia. This ambitious offsite construction project is set to deliver 2,500 hotel rooms, 800 residential spaces, 200 retail brands and an airport, all by 2027.
