This session on CDM is delivered by Nattasha Freeman, Director for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality at Turner & Townsend, who has nearly 30 years experience delivering health, safety, fire and wellbeing services across multiple sectors and is a CDM expert.  Following the Grenfell Tower disaster and with knowledge of the Hackitt Report recommendations, Nattasha covers the likely impact on current legislation, the mindset behind driving change through the CDM Regulations and what they will look like, especially the new Gateway system, and the new Dutyholder roles.
